Payments can be made via bank transfer. The bank details are given on every Phaesun document including the Phaesun-offers, order confirmations and pro-forma invoices etc.
Payment via Paypal is also accepted.
From new customers we always require prepayment. If the customer then wants to change the terms of payment, it is necessary to complete the credit application form. The credit application form is available from our sales team. Once we have received the credit application form the sales team will decide on an individual term of payment in cooperation with the customer. The term of payment will be entered in the customer data set.
We organize parcel service, road cargo, sea freight and air freight to the desired destination according to the needs and wishes of our customers.

Logged-in clients can choose between two different services:
- Phaesun delivers the products with the Phaesun documents directly to the end-customer.
- Our clients have the opportunity to upload their own delivery notes and invoice forms at our Online Order Platform. The deliveries can then be sent directly to the end-customer on behalf of our client including our clients individual delivery notes and invoices.
This service saves:
- transport costs,
- extra packaging,
- delivery time,
- storage place
- and tied capital.
